Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free. Allow an estimated 1–3 days processing, followed by 3–6 days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. See our shipping policy for details. For help with delivery or tracking, email support@byember.co with your order number.

Returns

You can notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after delivery, then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Contact support@byember.co for return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send parcels to our registered office.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods have separate statutory protections; these are not limited to the 14-day cancellation period. Please contact support if there is a problem with your order.
